If you’re managing everything on the outside and running on empty underneath — and you’ve tried to address it without it fully shifting — this work was built for that exact gap.
Most of the women I work with have spent years understanding their stress. What hasn’t shifted is the part that lives below understanding. That’s where we start.
Services
Therapy
From there, ongoing sessions are 50 or 90 minutes, depending on what fits your schedule and the depth of work you’re ready for. Most clients begin with 50-minute sessions — enough time to do the work without adding another significant demand to an already full week.

90 mins | $385
Intake Assessment
We begin with an Intake Assessment — a single 90-minute session before ongoing therapy starts. This is where I get a full picture of what you’re carrying, what you’ve already tried, and what’s actually happening in your body under the weight of it. You’ll leave with a clearer sense of what’s happening and why — and I’ll have what I need to structure the work around your specific pattern.

HOW THE WORK PROGRESSES
The work builds over time. Early sessions focus on understanding your nervous system’s specific pattern and building your capacity to notice what’s happening in your body — without being overwhelmed by it. From there, we move into the activation itself: tracking what your body holds, helping it discharge what it’s been carrying, and rebuilding your capacity to actually settle.
Progress in this work doesn’t look like immediate symptom elimination. It looks like more room — more space between the trigger and the reaction, more access to the part of you that can actually rest, more ability to be present with the people and the work you care about.
We check in regularly on how the work is landing and adjust as we go. Most clients find the work most useful over several months — though the pace and duration are shaped by what you’re bringing and what’s shifting.
WHAT SESSIONS FEEL LIKE
Sessions are structured but not scripted. We’ll talk, but we’ll also slow down — paying attention to what’s happening in your body in real time, not just what you’re thinking about it. This can feel unfamiliar at first, especially if you’re used to therapy that moves quickly through ideas. The pace is deliberate. That’s clinical, not slow.
SCHEDULING
To get started, reach out through the contact form. I’ll follow up within one to two business days to schedule a brief consultation — a conversation to see whether this work and this approach are the right fit for where you are right now. There’s no obligation to proceed, and no pressure to decide before you’re ready.
